I tried downloading from rapidshare multiple times as a free user, but they always show that my IP address is already downloading something. This is strange because i wasn't. Any idea how to get past this?

I'm not sure if this is of any help but I through my university have access to may paid sites which host articles, i.e. nature, blackwell, Elsevier, British Dental Journal and many more. I could easily download any article and upload to Rapidshare.
